Medical Assistant - Hand Surgery Outpatient Clinic (m/f/d)

We are looking for a medical assistant / MFA (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

What you can expect:

• You are the first personal contact for our patients.
• You will be responsible for coordinating patients by telephone and managing appointments.
• You will be responsible for accompanying and assisting during consultation hours.
• You will also provide support in the preparation, assistance, and follow-up of all examinations.

What you bring with you:

• Completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training.
• You are committed, a team player, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
• Practical experience in various specialties (an advantage).
• You have good IT skills (especially MS Office).
• Good knowledge of practice organization, preferably across disciplines.
• You have a high level of empathy towards our patients.
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles.
