💡 Your Mission

As a Care Expert, you are the trusted care advisor for voize's most important care group customers. Together with their Customer Success Manager, you make sure voize really changes how care teams work - not just that it goes live. You speak with QM-Leitungen and Pflegedienstleitungen as a peer, because you have done their job. Your success shows in adoption and in the time teams get back.

🚀 Your Daily Business

• Support 6-10 strategic care group accounts as their care expert, side by side with their Customer Success Manager
• Look at QM processes, documentation routines and the EHR setup (e.g. Vivendi) before go-live, so mismatches surface early instead of during rollout
• Talk with QM-Leitungen and Pflegedienstleitungen as a peer about process design, how documentation is structured, and change management - in their language, not ours
• Review adoption with customer leadership after go-live and share clear, practical recommendations on voize settings and on care workflows
• Bring what you see across accounts back to our Product team, and name clearly what is a process topic, an EHR setup topic, or a real product need

🤝 Your Skillset

• You have worked as Pflegedienstleitung, QM-Beauftragte/r or in a similar senior care quality or operations role - at the level of the people you will advise
• You know QM processes, care documentation standards and EHR systems (ideally Vivendi/Snap) in stationärer Altenpflege
• You speak fluent German and can meet a careful Pflegedienstleitung, a cautious Geschäftsführung and a busy IT admin on the same day, each in their own way
• You think in a structured way and can tell whether something is a process topic, a system setup topic, or a change management topic - and what helps in each case
• You enjoy close collaboration: with CSMs, with Product, and on building the Care Expert playbook together
